Terms and Conditions of Use – 56vip Brasil

By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the 56vip — available at 56vip.best and associated domains — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as all other policies published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

For the purposes of this document, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" – the full set of services, systems, interfaces, and features made available by 56vip through the 56vip.best website;

56vip may request identity and eligibility verification documents at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Accepted documents include: RG, CNH, or a valid passport, along with proof of residence issued within the last 90 days. 3.1 Account Creation

Each User may hold only a single account active on 56vip. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same CPF, email address, mobile number, or device — is strictly prohibited. Opening multiple accounts may result in all of them being blocked and the balance retained for review.

3.2 Account Security

3.3 Data Updates

The User must keep their registration details up to date, especially their address, email, and mobile number. Changes to identification data (name, CPF, date of birth) are not permitted after the initial verification and require review by 56vip's compliance team.

The 56vip accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian users:

• Pix – available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. Balance credited within seconds of payment confirmation;

To request a withdrawal, the User must:

6.3 Cancelled or Postponed Events

If an event is cancelled, the corresponding bet will be voided and the stake returned to the balance. If an event is postponed, the bet remains valid for up to 48 hours after the original scheduled time; if the event does not take place within that window, the bet will be voided. In accumulator bets, the voided selection is removed and the remaining selections stand with the return recalculated accordingly.

6.4 Live Betting

Live bets may be temporarily suspended during events such as goals, cards, penalties, and VAR reviews. 56vip is not liable for unconfirmed bets placed during periods of market suspension. 8.1 Rollover Requirement

8.2 Bets That Count Toward the Rollover

• Providing false identity information or fraudulent documentation;
• Threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward members of the 56vip support team;

Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets and bonuses, balance retention for review, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities in accordance with 56vip's legal obligations.

The 56vip is not liable for financial losses arising from the User's betting decisions, temporary platform unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical incidents, or changes to odds before a bet is confirmed.

12.1 Closure by the User

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. Any available balance will be paid out via Pix after identity verification and confirmation that there are no pending issues (active bonuses with open rollover requirements, open bets). The final balance processing time may take up to 5 business days.

12.2 Closure by 56vip

56vip may close or suspend an account with or without prior notice in cases of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, a regulatory authority requirement, or a strategic platform decision. In the event of closure without just cause, the User's real balance will be refunded in full via Pix.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo – SP, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. 56vip's failure to exercise any right set forth in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right in future situations.

The version of these Terms currently in force is always the most recent one published on the platform, identified by the last updated date at the top of the document. Previous versions are archived and may be requested through customer support.
